Overview:
Shenandoah Edge is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. This role involves distributing door hangers to potential clients in designated areas. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute door hangers to homes and businesses within assigned areas.
- Engage with homeowners when possible to promote lawn care services and answer basic questions.
- Ensure all door hangers are hung in a professional and consistent manner.
- Maintain accurate records of areas canvassed and feedback from potential customers.
- Report any issues or concerns to the team lead or manager.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while representing the company in the community.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with the public in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Comfortable walking for extended periods and working outdoors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing assigned routes.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
